My comment about area 5,000 was related to the achievement: Carnival Troops and so it is in the context of a Free Play run. That part might make those achievements be quite a stretch for me, regardless of whether my number cap is e900 or e1100. The highest levels I can get on a character are something closer to 15k or 16k though, not 25k.
